Dashboard Navigation
The dashboard allows you to have an overview of your Gotrix activities.
1. Issue Overview
Pie Chart: Shows a summary of the total number of “open” (unresolved) issues
Add New Issue: Click here to create a new issue
Open Issues: Overview of some of the issues that requires attention. The issues are sorted by urgency level
2. Announcements
Overview of the recent announcements
Click on View All to view all the announcements
3. Chat Box
Chat with anyone within your company
4. Vessels
Overview of the vessels
For “Users”, you can only view vessels that are assigned to you
You can sort the vessels by
“Name”
“Updated”: Based on its latest activity
“No. of Issues”: Vessel with most issues are showed first
5. Company Directory
At the bottom of the dashboard, you will be able to view other users from your company
